QUESTIONS & ANSWERS

How can I use my new photos/videos?

Within your contract, you will receive usage rights, which means you are able to use your photos/videos on your social media channels, website, and email marketing. If you would like to obtain full rights, please reach out to me.

Do you shoot everything yourself?

The majority of the time, yes but if we are shooting a full content day with both photo and video, I will bring a second shooter along. I will always be the one editing your content.

How will I receive my photos? Videos?

For photos you will receive an online customized photo gallery, it makes it is super easy to download with keeping the quality and post right away. For videos, depending on the size and amount of videos you will either receive a WeTransfer link or a USB.

Will there be any additional travel fees?

Nope, if it is local to the area I am currently in (within 50-80 miles), I do not charge any additional travel fees. If I can drive there myself, I use the standard mileage rate of 58 cents a mile. For everything else, I base it on a case by case basis, lucky for you I consider myself a great deal finder and will always try and make sure I get the best travel deals.

What kind of gear do you use?

I shoot 99% of the time on my Canon 5d Mark 4 with a Sigma 35mm lens and Canon 50mm lens but I also have a Canon 6d as my backup camera

Do you own a drone? Will you use it?

Yes I sure do, I own a DJI Mavic Air and I will only use it if specifically requested.

How long is your turnaround time?

I honestly feel like my turnaround time is one of my strengths and superpowers, I will always try my hardest to get your photos and videos back to you as soon as I can. But during my busy seasons, I base it off on this:

Brand photos: 3 - 4 weeks
Videos: depends on the video specs
